Compositions with video footage


1. If you are supplying us with your own video footage please let us know if you want the final product in an aspect ratio of 4:3 (standard) or 16:9 (widescreen) format.

1. 2. Please provide the title you want used for the presentation and any logos. Provide a list of scriptures and/or poems you may want included.
2. 3. Please include any specific songs you want to played in MP3 format. There will be a service fee if you want us to purchase the music for you.
3. 4. Collect all of the assets that you want in the composition. The preferred method to deliver all images is to burn them to a CD or DVD. You can copy to a flash drive.
   
   5. If you have images that need to be scanned please scan them at 600 DPI. We will accept 300 DPI. We will not anything less than 300 DPI. This is to ensure that we can deliver the highest quality product to you.  Please refer to the operating manual of your scanner to determine how to adjust this setting. Please note that you can scan multiple images at once. Many new printers have a software option that will allow you to separate and crop them each image automatically after you scan. This may reduce a great deal of your time.

Pricing

6. Pricing is based on the quality and number of the assets.  Some assets will require a great deal of time to format so that they can be used in the composition. Therefore, an estimate will not be provide until all assets and delivered.

7. A deposit is required for all consultations. The deposit will be deducted for the costs of any products you purchase.

8. We will not begin any composition without . It is important that you make sure you have provided all assets. There will be an additional service fee for ANY assets provided after the start date. It is at our discretion to accept or deny assets after the start date.

 

Time Line / Deliverable Schedule

1. 9. All video projects require a minimum of a 90 day lead time.
   
   
3. 10. The amount of effort for a project can not be determined with out a consultation along with the review of all assets. Our projects are on first-come first-serve basis. Once a deposit is made the client is placed in a queue and provided with a date to provide all assets. If the assets are not provided on the agreed upon date the next client on the schedule will be served.
   
   
4. 11. If the asset deliverable date is missed by a client we may or may not be able to reschedule based on our current projects. The deposit will be forfeited by the client and not returned to the client if the client missed the asset deliverable date.

Consultations

1. 12. The first initial phone call or in person consultation is free up to 20 minutes. Any correspondences after that will require a deposit. The amount will be discussed once the request is made. There is a deposit required to being work.
   
   13. It is suggested that you review the aforementioned line items and collect as many assets as you can before the initial consultations.
